I miss the Steal It Back Shirt and the speed of the work but not the pressure. If a company has the money and is willing to pay it that is awesome. Sure, morons will find a way to still be all off (a few can be observed below), but good for them for valuing talent.
Steal It Back Shirt and ladies teePay staff well and the Steal It Back Shirt ones will stay to the benefit of everyone concerned. Even back in the day at Duke Power I saw people turn down supervisor positions because they did not want to go on salary. Maybe if they paid the general staff a living wage everyone would work harder and make the manager’s job easier.
